“Excellent Guest House in the Centre of Florence”
The rooms are clean, spacious and functional and ours came with Aircon included. Giovanni, the proprietor is friendly and helpful. He really knows his stuff ask for his advice and follow it and you will find some the greatest food the city has to offer.
The complimentary breakfast was very basic (Instant coffee, juice. bread biscuits and jam) and we didn't try the full breakfast so can't comment on that.

“Fantastic Find!”
Franz House was easy to find from the train station and in a fantastic area! We were within walking distance of the Duomo and right next to the river which offered amazing views. What we loved the most is that once the windows were closed, all the noise of the city disappeared, the A/C kept us comfortable, and we slept the night away. We would highly recommend staying here!

“Service impeccable”
Les chambres sont bien entretenu, l'auberge est bien situé dans la ville. Nous y sommes resté deux jours et nous avons pu nous rendre pratiquement partout à pied. Nous n'avons prit l'autobus qu'une fois.
Il vaut la peine de payé un petit supplément pour avoir le petit déjeuner "deluxe". Il est préparé par le propriétaire et est délicieux.
Le propriétaire nous a aussi très bien renseigné sur comment visité la ville. Nous avions toujours un parcours avec des arrêts pour de la nourriture ou des gelatos.
